Our Magnetic Universe and a New Age (from Telah Speaks)

Partana Vegan typed the pages of a 47-page account of transcendental communication and self-published Telah Speaks in 1961.

   
  

After reporting about the publication Telah Speaks in two previous blog articles (1, 2), this article presents excerpts from the third lecture presented in Partana Vegan's booklet chronicling her experiences of "'mental radio' from a master in space, in another vibration of life."  A preliminary note from the author mentions:

Actually there were two names given Partana for the perspectives being shared: 'Telah' (meaning 'Tell Earth') and 'Aka-San.'  A comment in the transcript from 'Aka-San' explains about the name: "The name itself is of no importance as it [is] a mere appellation of my true being.  The fact that names are used from space is merely to prevent confusion, and also is the way to know you contact.  I use the word, contact, for want of a better one."

One of the metaphors in the transcript associated with 'Aka-San' offers the same message that is often found in transcripts of transcendental communication although worded in many different ways:

Every man IS a Divine Spark of the Creator, and this Spark IS deep within him or he would not exist.  When man lets Light (truth) pervade his consciousness, it strikes this Spark within and grows into an ever brighter light . . . a bright, glowing lamp.  When this Lamp shines and glows unto others, it is only natural that more lamps can be lit.

Two other blog articles with transcendental communication transcripts involving "Life-Spark" / "vital spark of life" concern a book by clairaudient author Marjorie Livingston and a Leslie Flint Direct Voice recording of 'Douglas Conacher'.  There are also interesting parallels between what is reported by Partana and the recording of a 1958 radio broadcast when Paulina Peavy found her body used similar to a microphone by "universal beings": "We are beings existing in a world of too high frequency for your comprehension."

Previous blog articles include a variety of accounts about experiences of contact or clairaudient communication involving space beings: (including) Orfeo Angelucci, Guy and Edna Ballard (one of the 'ascended masters' is "The Tall Master from Venus"), Truman Bethurum, Daniel Fry, Uri Geller and Andrija Puharich, Dana Howard, Mark Probert, and Arthur Shuttlewood.  
 
One of the case studies of contemporary people channeling 'entities' who have talked about 'space people' is that of Thomas Jacobson and 'Dr. Peebles,' as mentioned in a recent article. 

Here is an explanatory paragraph from the transcripts in Telah Speaks —

The contactees are the points of contact for this type of information.  We space people know that Earth people are not able to "grow" [spiritually] rapidly, so the information on "how to grow" is given through the mental or psychic contactees rather slowly, a step at a time, and some contactees are given more of this type of material than others.  Some are given none of it, but handle other types of information, all of which has its purpose.  "Growing" is the main part of my work given through Partana, but there is helpful information available from other sources, of course.  As you see, you shall find, but remember that what may seem right for you may not seem right for another.      . . . . . Telah

The following are the opening passage and several other paragraphs from some of the final pages of the book that are presented under the chapter title "Third Lecture" — "Our Magnetic Universe."  (Some grammatical errors have been corrected.) 

When, in the course of events, this planet finally reaches the era of the Golden Age, it will no longer be caught in the web of any of the social or governmental systems now present on Earth.  In the last few thousand years, mankind has reached forward through many ages from the stone age, the wheel age, the iron age, the steam age, the electric age, and now the age of advanced flight and the atom.  The first two have lifted man's mind to seek the mysteries of the cosmos more than any other, but these two will be the shortest lived, as powerful as they seem now, because of all of the effort made in order to successfully get into outer space, as well as all of the probing of the atom, is done in a manner completely incompatible with natural or Universal Laws.

If Earth "scientists" were working within these natural laws, there would be no pushing against so-called gravity to get a plane off the ground or a capsule into outer space.  These things would just fall away from the planet.  Man is trying to reach the new age while using the old concepts of former ages.  These concepts are incomplete and distorted to such an extent that it is no wonder that an astronaut is nearly worn out from all the testing and conditioning before he is hurled against total energy to gain a new perspective of Earth and its immediate surroundings.  It is also no wonder that the atom has been so dangerously unleashed, thereby spilling its poisonous debris over the face of the globe so that man is still its slave . . . not its master by any means.

Little does man realize, while he checks and ponders over his highest mathematics in seeking an answer to his many problems of technical advancement, that he will never find the answer in his present methods of calculating because his science does not allow any recognition of things unseen.  Some say, "But things unseen fall into a spiritual realm, and we are dealing in facts . . . cold, hard material facts."  Man has not learned to recognize that there is much very real energy in everything, both material and spiritual, or neither could exist.  Both exist, so both contain the same common energy, and it is this common energy that runs the entire Universe and puts it all into creation.  This is the freest energy there is, and the most powerful.  It encompasses all . . . including the atom, which is only a small part of it.  This universal energy is magnetic energy, of course.

This energy is the breath of life that is breathed into every living thing, both animate and inanimate.  This is the gift of the Creator, the very channel of all His expression.  Without this energy there would be no existence, no variety, no reproduction.  All that is created stands as proof of its existence, yet "scientists" have not included this powerful factor in their theories and calculations because it is unseen.  While staring it in the face, they have not seen it or become aware of it.

As odd as it may seem today, the ancient science of astrology acquired its name from the knowledge that the real man is the molecular energy body, the spiritual body, or the astral body that dwells within the robe of flesh.  This body, unseen by physical eyes, is the everlasting, immortal body that knows no death, hence is more real than the robe that it quickly created and later falls into dust.  If the great truths that were embodied in ancient astrology had been allowed to remain and become part of present day science, we would not be bucking the laws of the Universe nor living on a planet in turmoil.

Recognition of this tremendous energy factor must come before we can create a new age.  This same recognition will bring man to fully realize his immortal spiritual body and the nature of it.  In using this energy he will become fully aware of his true place in creation in relation to his Creator.  In this complete awakening and wise use of magnetic energy, man will throw off the shackles of ignorance stored in old concepts, and soar towards the stars, both physically and spiritually.


Actually, the sun is a cosmic generator, using the total principle of magnetism to create its unlimited energy.  This total principle is a trinity of energy which is truly the Mind of the Absolute in action.


There are two categories of people in Earth's atmosphere in this day, and it seems that many do not yet understand this.  Confusion reigns when they are all classed as one type.  One type is absolutely weightless according to our methods of calculating weight or our viewpoint in classifying mass, and the other type certainly does have weight and mass as you know it.  Here again, we are speaking of a relative, comparative term in thinking of weight.  Those in the etheric levels of life have their own system of weights and measures as much as we do, and are certainly not weightless among themselves.  They use the same magnetic energy that other physical worlds use in complete balance.  There is just as much of it here for us to use as there is there for them to use, both in the etheric worlds and on the other planets.

The day is rapidly approaching when the complete knowledge of the trinity of magnetism will be given to Earth for its salvation and growth.  It must be given by those who know how to use it because they realize it would take much too long to wait for scientists and mathematicians here to discover this knowledge.  It is imperative that the use of free energy or magnetism should be brought about on Earth as soon as possible if for no other reason than to take the place of atomic energy.  Magnetic energy is far more powerful and efficient than atomic energy ever can be, and far more safe.


As we approach the new age with increased use and knowledge of magnetic energy, the standard of living will rise slowly to undreamed of heights for all nations on Earth, more quickly, easily, and inexpensively than any other method yet known.  It will gradually free men from long working hours, and balance his economy and cultural level so well that he will have time to raise his level of thinking by enlightening himself in schools that will be increased both in number and intellectual level.  This is the dream that is the right of every man, to create a world that is the expression of man's highest nature.  This new power, under wise control in the free world, would be such a shining example to those nations yet in darkness that they could not help but accept the merits of this example, and turn from their outmoded ways of thinking.  They would eventually realize that a peaceful world is one in which all people work in harmony.

 
What would Earthmen think were they finally to land on the moon by even the correct methods, having been given the use of free energy, and find themselves greeted by others saying, "Well, aren't you surprised!  We knew you'd arrive sooner or later after you were given the knowledge of free energy.  Now it's time to learn that this moon has been inhabited a very long time, as long as we've been watching you struggle on Earth.  You may come to our cities on the other side to see how we live, and how we run all that we do here by magnetic energy.  Then you may go back to Earth to let others know that we will never allow this moon to be used as a base to control others, for it is not the purpose of the creation of man to control men for power and wealth, but to work freely together in common brotherhood for the advancement and enlightenment of all.  You will not find the door open to any of the planets near you until you learn to live the lessons that were once given so that all might learn to love one another by understanding one another."
 

You know that man is the Creator's most perfect expression, His Mind expressed in the most desirable image for His expression.  Then, when this perfect image learns how to greet his Creator through the most powerful avenue of His expression, this divine image (man) contacts the Mind of the Absolute at work, and finds Universal Mind in action.  In this sense, action means unlimited energy constantly manifesting in all there is. Otherwise, Universal Mind is at rest, in perfect balance, at a center point, in all there is.  This is the Great Mind that created this Magnetic Universe for the divine, spiritual man, the magnetic man, that inhabits the Universe in the divine image.

Excerpts from Telah Speaks by Partana Vegan 1961

The 47-page booklet Telah Speaks (1961) published by Partana Vegan is "a collection of lectures and short discourses received by 'mental radio' from a master in space, in another vibration of life."  In addition to 'Telah' (meaning 'Tell Earth'), "Aka-San was introduced four months after original contact."  Partana reported that when she asked Telah, "What planet is Aka-San from?," Telah answered, "Aka-San is at present from our planet, Saturn, but uses that name as a blind.  It's a mask.  He will teach you much, and things not in my field."  
  
In her publication, Partana Vegan shared transcripts involving 'Telah' and 'Aka-San.'  This article presents excerpts from these transcripts documenting her "strange mission" in accordance with 'Guardians' and 'Visitors' to tell Earth a message "to bring truth and Light, and show the way to people of Earth so that all could live in peace and harmony by living according to the Universal Laws of the Creator."  Readers will discover that some of the metaphysical descriptions in the transcripts made by Partana seem metaphorically complex although expressed in simple terms.
 

It [a spaceship] came lower than the rest of them and hovered over the small town of Bethlehem, and those people on Earth thought it was an unusually bright star.


Everyone is born with the Divine Spark of the Creator, but this Babe was of a much higher spiritual nature.  He came to Earth, as many masters have come, from his last life on the planet, Saturn.


There is a giant "eye" on every "mother" ship in Earth skies that sees with greater accuracy than any telescope yet made on Earth.  There are millions of these spaceships now watching everything on Earth through these giant "eyes," and these "eyes" also have "ears" that hear very well indeed.


This ship, now above, carries a crew of nearly two hundred in addition to the commander and his aides.  They are watching us all on a gigantic screen while they sit in comfortable chairs at a control panel at the opposite end of this control room.  The image from the lens is projected onto this screen so that it looks much like a color movie.  The commander is happy to be sharing this time with us because he knows that you are listening to his words as I read this to you.  He is only one of millions above who is anxious to be heard on Earth by this method.  He wants you all to know that I am here to speak for him, and that we both came to Earth in this same ship long ago.  This speech was given to me by telethought from him, and he wishes to be known here by the name of Telah, which is the name we chose for him to use is his work for Earth.  It means simply . . . . . . Tell Earth.


Earth scientists must realize that they do not yet understand the full nature of the atom.  They should be well reminded that the fission and fusion of atoms belongs on suns . . . not on planets.  The use of atomic energy is not even needed for peaceful purposes.  There is so much energy radiating from the planet itself that if even a small part of it were used, there would be unlimited energy to run and operate everything on Earth for millions of years in such a clean, harmless and effective manner that Earth's standard of living would be of the highest level for everyone for all eternity.


The last time that atoms were misunderstood and were allowed to be used or misused was when the planet, Lucifer, blew itself into asteroids.  Its moon named Lilith also exploded, and is part of the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter.


When Earthmen decide to open the doors of Earth to us, we will be so delighted to land and help set right all of Earth’s science so that people here will know how to live entirely within the Universal Laws of the Creator.


These are the days when all who listen to us and believe, must go forth and tell as many as they can about our message.  The more who know and have confidence in our mission, the sooner the doors will be opened to Earth.  We know you all well.  We know all that goes on at every governmental headquarters on Earth.  We wait and watch and listen constantly for all developments and any recognition of us here above.

We cannot understand why Earth's leaders spend so much time and energy talking about wanting peace, and yet do so much arguing and discussing to keep from establishing peace.  Why does Earthman talk of peace while he keeps his weapons ever aimed toward his own fellow men?  What kind of peace is he bargaining for?  Does he not realize that he can have peace only if he puts away his weapons of destruction and simply agrees to get along with each other?

Of course, we realize that there are great economic factors involved in all of Earthman's talk of peace.  The very fact that there are economics involved is one great strike against the peace he desires.  How can he have peace when his economy is so controlled that it allows no real peace for mankind?  Is mankind's economy really controlled by the masses is any country on Earth?  Is it an economy for the people and by the people?  Do the masses want to buy weapons more than they want to buy schools?  Do they want to buy wars more than they want to buy peace?


We, on the other planets, have lived according to the Laws of the Creator for many thousands of years, and we have progressed to a very high standard of living.


[Aka-San:] We of Saturn are here to help, not only in these ways, but to remind everyone of our presence among you by appearing in your skies in greater numbers, more often as events progress, and closer and closer to you so that we cannot be denied by anyone.  Our appearances are designed to make the masses think, to make the "scientists" pause to question their methods and mode of thinking, to impress those who work in governments that there is a higher level of thought in action, and to make the evil ones who strive to control for profit realize there is a much greater power to reckon with . . .


[Aka-San:] The last great Master who came among you and spoke of this Law [the Perfect Law] was stoned and betrayed by the vicious materialists of that day.


[Aka-San:] The one who lives in the Christ Consciousness is one conscious of truth.  The more truth one is conscious of the more he lives in the Christ Consciousness which is merely another name for truth . . . and truth is Light.


[Aka-San:] The temples on Mu (Lemuria) were pyramid in form as are the others of stone now extant.  However, man lost the knowledge to line these temple pyramids up with the life force.  After the catastrophe many things were remembered no more.  It was remembered only that the temples were pyramid in shape and had mighty power.  They erected the temples in the same form because they thought the power was in the cone.  However, they no longer remembered how to so orient the edifice so that power flowed through it.  They had the form of power only; the source of the power, the great Earth itself, was no longer remembered or understood.  They could not understand in those later days why the pyramid did not have the power as it did of their ancestors' era.  Did they not construct it in the self same way?


[Aka-San:] See you this: The pyramid of Egypt worked as a powerhouse of energy in the days when the year had 360 days.  Earth was in a different cosmic position then.


[Aka-San:] Now you know why the circle is 360 degrees, why there are 12 zodiacal signs of 30 degrees, but this has brought many problems to Earth.  How to orient the Earth of 365 days to the 360 degree circle?


[Question for Telah] Is it true that the first primitive man, the animal-like man, was brought to Earth long ago from another world?

Ans.  Yes, he was.  Early Earthman was brought from a planet in the constellation of Antaares . . . although I don't know which one.

 

DARKNESS VERSUS LIGHTNESS

Since the day He walked on Earth, Christ, as a certain man, has had nothing to do with this age, as is spoken by some . . . not as an actual man and God-head, so to speak.


He did not come to Earth to gain immortality for man who was already immortal. He came to teach the Light, the truth, to help raise man’s level of consciousness, in the spirit of Love, to remind man that he is immortal.


He was pure in spirit and always will be . . . pure Light, but He had been here before as Zoroaster, Gautama Buddha, and others, and will be here yet once more, but not in person . . . only as a Great Spirit to give a renewed and greater outpouring of His Consciousness.


[Question for Telah] Did He think of Himself as a world Saviour?

Ans.  He came ONLY to bring Light and truth to an ignorant world.  A Saviour ONLY in the sense that the truth will help you save your self from the consequences of living in ignorance.  It is the Universal Law that every man be responsible unto himself.


[Question for Telah] Did He go into the resting place or after-place at all, after leaving the Earth?

Ans.  Upon leaving His clay body, His real or etheric self was drawn into a mothership and went to Saturn.

[Question for Telah] Has He been on Saturn ever since?

Ans.  No, but when He went to Saturn he studied, taught, and guided there, but has appeared as a teacher on the other planets at various times.

[Question for Telah] Has He ever been back here since He left Earth?

Ans.  No, not in person.  He has hovered in a spaceship to give His thought to a few in recent days.  He visits the planets this way.


[Question for Telah] Have you ever met Him?

Ans.  Yes, and so have you . . . we did together before we came to Earth.  We discussed our work with Him.  He knows where we are, and is kept up to date on us and our work by indirect means.

[Question for Telah] Is this on the level?

Ans.  Indeed, it is so.


[Partana Vegan:] After reading The Coming of the Guardians by Meade Layne [1, 2, 3, 4, 5], I asked questions of Telah about the etherians.

Is it true there are worlds of dense substance all about us interpenetrating with ours?

Ans.  Yes, there are worlds like this in different densities or vibrations.  They are of substance just as this one is, but of higher or lower vibrations or densities.


Does the light from the sun come to us not in a straight line but in a curve according to the lines of force of a whirling electro-magnetic field?

Ans.  No, because no light comes to Earth as such in any line . . straight or curved.  The light is created by the magnetic energy, radiating from the sun, striking the atmosphere and magnetic field of Earth and setting up an electro-chemical effect which appears as light and which generates heat.


Could the Earth be hollow or have any holes at the poles?

Ans.  The Earth is not hollow.  This is absurd.  The only holes are those in the magnetic field above the planet at the ends of the poles which are the "dead spots."

Do all planets have these same types of "holes"?

Ans.  Yes, if they have poles, which all of them do.


What is the mysterious "red spot" of the planet, Jupiter?

Ans.  It's a great area of lush vegetation like a red jungle, and the other darker areas, the darker bands of color, are more vegetation.  They are in rather even bands around the planet because this planet is in balance, and this makes quite a difference.


Does the moon have a magnetic field?

Ans.  Yes, but it does not radiate one like a planet.

Does this mean there is no "gravity" there?

Ans.  No.  The moon has its own magnetism (negative), and holds everything there on it.  There are people there and many areas of civilization on the other side where there is water and quite an abundance to support life.  We call it a "garage" because so many of our ships stop there for supplies and to leave them things they need.  Many supplies are stored there.


[Aka-San:] Child, it is true that you were chosen, as others have been, to do this work.  The fact that you are so casual about it all is at once a delight and yet dismaying.  Here is one of our chosen children whom we implanted there (on Earth) in time past, blithely not wanting to bother about us and the entire field, in a manner of speaking.


[Aka-San:] . . . the finger of derision and spite is not pointed at one if he has come forth with no important earth shaking news, but the finger will point.


[Aka-San:] People of little understanding will say, "Pshaw, Pfaw!  This is the tale of one deluded, and one who thinks she has a message.  This one is like so many others.  She has no real message, and her talk must not be believed . . ."


[Aka-San:] You were of the planet, Jupiter.  You are one of us, though you have the form of Shan (Earth).  You took on the physical because you were to help usher in the spaceships.


[Aka-San:] Peace be with you on the Path to the Inner God (Real Man) and to the Outer God (Creator).

A New Foundation of Higher Consciousness (The Coming of 'Telah')

Telah Speaks was published in 1961 by Partana Vegan with the title page presenting an explanation about the booklet —

This is a collection of lectures and short discourses received by "mental radio" from a master in space, in another vibration of life.  It is information given for the express purpose of making people think so that a great nucleus of awakened ones may be gathered to form a new foundation of higher consciousness for the rapidly approaching New Age. 

This article presents the beginning chapter to allow readers to compare the author's circumstances with those of other people who've published a variety of autobiographical accounts about encounters with otherworldly beings in modern times.  At one point in this chapter Partana mentioned having resided in a northeastern Ohio town in 1960.  Some interaction with Telah is vaguely or imprecisely articulated, such as a paragraph mentioning "soul-talk"; and the final sentences where Telah "reminds us" about two proverbs concerning truth and self-liberation.

THE CONTACT, HOW AND WHY

It seems incredible to me yet that I have been able to receive the thought in this book from another mind as easily as I have because it was only on January 13, 1960 that this mental or psychic contact was made by an adept and master from the planet, Jupiter, and who "spoke" through my very psychic new friend, Eloise.  This occurred not long after I had met her through some rather odd circumstances and arrangements which were this master's way of leading me to her for contact.  This extra-terrestrial being used the name of Telah, meaning Tell Earth, and soon let it be known to use that he knew us well here on Earth as well as in our former lives on Jupiter and Saturn.
  

I was so inexperienced and uneducated in matters of the occult that I had to ask him the meaning of the words, occult and adept.  I asked so very many questions of him, but he was always glad to help me understand anything I wanted to know.  In order to eliminate some of the endless questions that came to my mind, Telah recommended that I study Raja Yoga for better control of my mind, the wisdom of Gnani Yoga, and the Egyptian Tarot, which as he said, "is one of the most powerful things ever written that ties man to the stars."  He also told me to study the new translation of the Bible by George Lamsa translated from the Aramaic, for a "truer meaning of Jesus' words."  At the time I was not aware of this Lamsa Bible, as he called it, and asked him if he didn't mean the newly offered, "Oahspe."  He said, "No, but I'd like you to get Oahspe also."

   

Of course, I was thrilled by this contact, especially since Telah seemed to know us so well.  I never dreamed this would happen to me, but had rather secretly wished it would ever since hearing of the sightings over Mt. Rainier in 1947.  At that time I strongly felt that they were spaceships from other worlds, and from that time on I read everything I could find that told the experiences of those who have had the privilege of personal contacts and of the many sightings all over the world.
  
Often I wondered why such simple people were contacted, but after reading of their background and experience, I began to realize why.  I have had no college education, and all I have studied since finishing high school is typing, shorthand, mechanical drawing and music.  My favorite reading is Readers' Digest, Fate magazine, and the fine free press type of publications of American Mercury, Search, and Flying Saucers, the latter two edited and published by Ray Palmer.  The main part of my education had been in music so that I felt I, too, was quite simply educated and might qualify for contact, but probably never would because so few are chosen.

   

One day in the fall of 1959, after reading a new article about another contact with a "flying saucer," I was so impressed I made a silent promise that if I was ever contacted, I would always be true to those great beings in our skies.  It was soon after that the odd circumstances and unusual meetings with people I had never known before came about.  It was in one of these meetings that I met the very psychic Eloise through whom Telah contacted me the next time I saw her privately.  It was then that Telah said it was time for him to bring about this contact, and knew of my promise which made him very happy.

    

Right from the start Telah made it clear that although he knew Eloise well, and she was very much a part of the contact, I was the reason for the contact because as he said, "There is so much for you to do as we have chosen you as a handmaiden, so to speak, a Keeper of the Faith.  This has nothing to do with the earth religions which are biased and rather silly from our point of view . . . and too restricted."  I said, "Don't you know I feel that way about them already?"  He answered saying, "That is why you are here.  I tell you we hand picked you, and do not for a moment think you picked us!  There is much more, much more ahead of you than you now realize.  It is important that you do not force this thing, but let it develop at the pace we set.

     

Then about six months later, after direct mental contact was finally achieved, he said he had been following me and had been tuned into my mind all my life!  Suddenly realizing I had never had any privacy was rather shocking, but after learning the benevolent nature of those who hover and follow in spaceships, I soon became adjusted to this idea.  He also said, "We call you our own.  You are one of us who agreed to come to Earth to do this work with me."  Of course I continued to be astonished.
     
While working with me through Eloise, Telah instructed me in the fine art of listening with the inner ear so that we could communicate by telepathy or telethought.  This I thought I could never accomplish; I was sure of it.  After all, I was no psychic, and didn't know the first thing about it, but Telah assured me I just didn't realize, and said, "You are very psychic.  I have contacted you right along or you would not be where you are.  You know things inside you, deep in your mind, that you are not yet aware of.  I have influenced you nearly all your life."  He then told me how he gave me suggestive impressions to make me think the thoughts I had been given were my own at times.  He said he had guided me and directed me in many ways all  my life like this.
    
As he started to instruct me, I pleaded that I was afraid that I would be hearing my own thoughts and wishful thinking.  He said, "Just sit and write anything that comes into your mind . . . no matter how silly it may seem."  So, I wrote just anything.  It was very simple, very silly; I felt so foolish; and at his insistence we went on and on like this until I said, "No, I can't be sure this is your thought.  Please use more control and guide my hand while I let the pen drag."  He didn't want me to use this method as this uses astral energy, but he finally gave in and said we could use this method to start with, and that we'd soon switch over to my control of the pen.  Working in this way then, it was not long before I realized I did receive his thought more easily than I thought I could, and I was soon "on my own."  I realized that, more often than not, I knew his entire thought of a sentence before I started to write, but I would let the pen drag at times just for reassurance.
     
Three months after direct mental contact was established, we could converse mentally anytime, easily and accurately, with no use of the pen whatever.  Actually, in this process of learning to listen to Telah I had to learn how to blank out my own thoughts, set my mind aside, stop my own thinking, and this was the most difficult part to control.  Even though I was finally able to converse with him directly, Telah decided that before going into any serious work, he would prove to me that I was hearing him, and he spent considerable time in telling me all kinds of thing I certainly wouldn't tell myself.  He took me through all kinds of cleverly invented plots, tests, hurdles, and all around the proverbial mulberry bush many times.  This was extremely interesting and entertaining, but became quite an emotional strain to say the least . . . so much so I announced that I was through with him and the entire business.  I put all the accumulated material away, set my desk in order, and decided that that was that! . . . a great experience, but too much for me, and this was THE END!

   

A couple of hours later, as I was taking  a loaded tray of food into the living room to get ready to watch TV while eating, and as I was passing through the doorway, I nearly dropped the tray when I felt a sharp electric shock just behind my left ear.  Right away I had the thought that I wouldn't be allowed to say "No" so easily, and I gave this a lot of thought during supper.  Later I picked up the pen and asked for an explanation of the shock.  Telah said he did this because he couldn't let me go so soon nor that easily.  He then told me this whole thing was pre-ordained, and he hadn't waited out there in that big ship nearly fifty years for nothing.  He said it was time to tell me a more personal message, and then told me who he really is, who I really am, who Aka-San really is, and the connection we three have.  (Aka-San was introduced four months after original contact)  Also what I am here for, how I came here, where I came from, what I'm going to do the rest of my life here, and where I'm going to be in my next lives.  Of course, these details are too personal to relate here, and are inconsequential to the purpose of this book.
  
Telah says he always tunes into my subconscious mind as I sleep to listen and converse with me in my soul-talk, as he calls it, which provides a type of therapy.  Also he says, "What better way is there to know who a person really is?"  Because he is so constantly tuned into my mind, it's like having a built-in teacher, guide, psychologist, and a most marvelous companion.
   
Two months before direct contact was achieved with me Telah introduced another master one evening while there was a meeting of about ten people in my home.  They had gathered to ask questions of Telah who was able to hear and see us over the highly vibrational light beam from the ship.  To start the contact I asked, "Who is speaking to us tonight?"  The answer was, "Telah is with you above.  The space ship is high.  The small ones ("saucers") are yet with us.  We have sent none out thus far.  The way is lit.  The beam is on you at present, and we pick up your vibrations and rates, wave lengths, and colors beyond the visible spectrum.  Aka-San is also here.  He is a master who will be talking to you when you want teachings of deep intelligence and wisdom.  You will call him and he will be allowed to answer as I, Telah, have given him permission."

I then asked, "What planet is Aka-San from?"  He answered, "Aka-San is at present from our planet, Saturn, but uses that name as a blind.  It's a mask.  He will teach you much, and things not in my field.  Aka-San was invited especially to view this group, and it meets with his approval.  He will have much to tell you later.  I asked, "Did he just arrive?"  He answered, "Yes, new on the ship.  He was brought in "special" from the planet of rings."  I asked, "Would you please describe Aka-San for us?"  He answered, "Aka-San is a tall, slim man with white hair.  He is incredibly ancient, and knows many things.  You will find him more formal and acceptable to many, as in contrast I am quite blunt and matter of fact.  He softens things.  I deliver the blow.  I will now let him speak."

He then said, "I, Aka-San, am here because I was more or less drafted, so to speak, because this little group needs help from here.  Think not that you will not receive it.  I, too, am from space, and I have been here, lo, these many years.  Our years are not as yours.  Your people of ancient days lived hundred of years.  I, Aka-San, am a little more than 450 years old.  There are some here that are older.  We are looked on with reverence, not because of our age, but because of our wisdom.  We use a cone to revitalize the cells.  Think not they cannot be made young again.  The man who steps into the cone emerges as one from a deep sleep.  He is very vital and healthy.  I have been in this cone four times.  That is about the limit at the present day, but not all of us do this as we would rather take on an entire new life when the old cells are  no longer vital and can supply us with  enough life.  The rays above enter you from your crown.  That is life.  It is not just the food you eat, it is a cosmic connection with the Most High.  I have been permitted to go into this cone four times for a special reason.  Normally this is not permitted.

The old pyramids all over the world were used in this way, not just the Egyptian ones.  With the precession of the equinoxes, this point moved, and thus the power was lost.  If the pyramid (Gizah) still stood in its original relation to the zodiac, where it originally was when built, it would be just as effective now.  The cone shape is always power.  It is a good symbol to think about and to even write, for it is powerful in itself even as written.  Note the old tales of witches, magicians, and the so-called fairy godmothers.  They wore the pointed hat in the form of a cone.  They carried a magic wand topped with a star.  This symbolizes the rod of power, sometimes called the vril (rod), and the star was for the power utilized from the planets, and even the stars in space.  All had a meaning, and it was buried in fanciful tales for children.  Reread some of your old fairy tales, and you may be surprised at what you see.  The rod will one day again regain its fame, as the rod of light that crosses the magnetic lines of force at right angles.  With this rod, much can be accomplished to enable man to leave the earth below.  Certain it is he will not reach the stars with his present methods.  All is obsolete before its leaves the drawing board."  I asked, "Aka-San, are you a scientist or a spiritual teacher?"  He answered, "I am both, but more spiritual than scientific.  Food for the mind and the heart.  Telah says we must be gone.  We depart.  We will speak another day."  I cannot give more space now to Aka-San's words although he did indeed have much to say during the months of May and June, 1960.  He let me know that later on he would dictate three books to me, and that the third one I write will be the first one given by him.

Now that this first collection of writings is completed, it is obvious that Telah and Aka-San know that men on Earth are victims of those in power, whether it be governments, so-called free or otherwise, or the churches.  The masses are in the hands of those who seek that men on Earth actually live by the phrase: Fear one another and fear God, instead of the opposite: Love one another and love God.  If God is a loving God, how can he be a fearful God?  Telah reminds us that we have been lulled into our complacency by subtle brainwashing and propaganda pumped through nearly every avenue and influencing factor in our life, so the masses are not entirely to blame for what is upon them.  He knows it is not too late to make many corrections for our benefit and welfare, hence he is here to say this much about it.  Even so, he knows that in this hey-day for the powers of darkness, there will be many who will think this book is a farce or downright idiotic, not making sense at all.  He expects every reader to hold his own opinion, and that there will be as many opinions as there are readers.  This is man's privilege, to think and act as he pleases according to his choiee, a privilege that man must keep and hold high, a privilege that we will be outwitted of unless we are ever watchful and wise, and will act upon our convictions.

Telah has been a great teacher to me since he first spoke, and I am now fully aware of the meaning of the word, adept, since in this time, I have been shown that an adept can do much by mind alone.

The most outstanding example of his control of the mind was shown me on two occasions when he surprised me by suddenly drawing me from my physical body to the control room of the ship.  The first time I found myself standing and looking directly as him seated at a desk or table while others stood nearby.  I studied him in detail, and looked around at the others, but while looking around I knew he wanted me to return my attention to him and to look right into his eyes.  I hesitated because I felt it would be such a powerful moment, but knew I would have to before I left, so decided to face it, and looked into the most expressive and powerful eyes I have ever seen.  As I did so a pencil-line-thin beam of light shot from his left eye into my right eye and right on through my head, it seemed.  With this I received a most powerful thought which I must not divulge, and with this overpowering experience I "fell back" to Earth.  The second time I was allowed to look around more in the control room with him just showing and following me around.

In order to make these moments more easily possible as well as for me to receive his thought easily and accurately, he had previously given me a surprise "treatment" with a vibrational ray by passing it slowly over my body three times early one morning just before the time I usually awoke.  It paused for a good ten to fifteen seconds each time it was directly over me, setting up terrific vibrations inside of me, especially in my head, and pulled very hard on my solar plexus.  These vibrations ground round and round in my cranium making a most terrifying sound and sensation in my head.  What a way to be awakened in the morning!  I wondered if I would live through it while strongly suspecting this was some of Telah's doing.  This frightened me so much I thought I would never get my eyes open again, but with great effort I did, and the next day he told me this was done to stimulate, open, and raise my psychic centers in vibration so that I can always hear him easily.

There was a great surprise on the evening of April 20, 1960 when the mothership, Saturna, was seen over a north eastern Ohio town I was living in at the time.  My attention was drawn to it by psychic means, and could have been seen by anyone who was looking up at the time.  It first appeared quite low in the west, and from the moment it was realized that it was not Venus but a spaceship, it rose rapidly straight up, then came eastward right over the house.  When the question was projected, "Telah, is this your ship?," all lights blinked off and on again instantly, and all lights were red, clearly outlining the ship, showing that it was like a very long cylinder with a large cone shaped nose.  Of course this was done to convince me once and for all that Telah was a spaceman, and that there certainly was a Saturna.  Again I was extremely impressed!

With our outer atmosphere well populated with their presence, and using all of their great mental and spiritual power to helpfully impress us all, Telah assures us to be hopeful, not fearful, and that the Golden Age will dawn on Earth; that eventually all men will come into the Light, their lives based in truth that every man shall know and live by.  While the forces of darkness have their last fling, great disorder will be felt on all sides in the final days of this age, but man will survive to greet the Golden Dawn because the forces of Light, those working in the Christ Consciousness, (those conscious of truth), will prevail and dominate when those that live by the sword shall go down by it.  As the Light forces gain their foothold, our Guardians and Visitors in outer space will make more frequent contacts and appearances, but would like to be openly welcomed now rather than planning and working so secretly.  Until they are here on Earth with us in some future day, they feel the greatest work they can do now is to alert mankind, and help him to understand himself and all that he really is and to help him increase his awareness.
  
Telah reminds us to "Know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."  Also, "Know thyself, and you will be a free man."

The New Age: 'Dr. Peebles' Channeled by Thomas Jacobson

'Dr. Peebles' is one of the 'New Age' harbingers who have spoken though 'channelers' in recent decades.

DR. PEEBLES: God bless you; Dr. Peebles here; it is a joy and blessing when man and spirit join together in search of the greater truths and awareness.  Might I offer encouragement, my dear friends, as you strive to understand your right to touch, to be touched—your right to experience God within your own heart—to help the world do the very same.

Greetings, my dear friends; you are gathered here today to understand the nature of consciousness as a consistent activity within all life, human and otherwise, nonphysical as well as physical; to understand the purpose of politics, of nations; to understand the sexuality, the drive, the magnetism between all life; the illusion of separation; for all endeavors of life truly reduce to a simple relationship between one and another.

It is the perception and the response that are subjective in nature that create the different experience for one, and different for the other, from which each grows according to his or her own needs; for one person's pathway of this spiritual maturity is another's distraction.

And so it will be the way of the world in the new age that the differences will be celebrated rather than seeking to change the very same.

We are very joyful with both of you in your work as souls, for when you go to sleep you come over here and you counsel, and our chore has been to help you hear yourselves, to let yourselves be energized and moved in your hearts, your souls.

Well, you have truly danced the dance of angels over here; you have felt a new electricity, and you have declared permission to shout your truth, to sing your songs.  You have been an inspiration to us, and so we thank you as well as acknowledge you for your courage.  God bless you both; and would you have question or comment?

DON: God bless you, Dr. Peebles, and thank you for that very warm greeting.  As usual we are pleased, thrilled, and excited to be here with you.  As you know, we have some incomplete business from the first session.  We would like to return to that at this time.  We were discussing the process of transition that we call death.  What is that?—really.

DR. PEEBLES: All right.  What you call death is birth into another reality, another experience—actually a greater reality—where all differences are celebrated, where the diversity of life is a support for true love of self and love of God . . . where God is seen as a composite of the entire color spectrum rather than only the blues, or only the pinks or purples.

And so . . . on the spirit side, at death, each spirit begins to recover its ability to be alive in any environment rather than only a selected environment, such as the Earth.  When that ability—or level of self-permission—is large enough, the spirit reincarnates according to its own path of growth.

Upon arriving in the spirit side, you encounter different zones, different localities, according to your belief system; according to the manner of your passing: was it very quick?—was it somewhat slow or very drawn out?—was it for the most part painless; done in your sleep, for example?—or was it through a very intense experience of physical or emotional pain?

All these factors lend to the locality and the type of helpers you will see.


DR. PEEBLES: Remember that your written history of only a few thousand years is just a piece of sand upon a beach.  Human affairs on Earth have had so much other activity, and dominated by off-planet visitations and interactions.  There have been societies that have gone on for thousands of years where there was a clear relationship between life on Earth and life from other realms; it was very clear.  Well, this is what your world is returning to now—it's just in the very, very beginning; that's part of the Aquarian Age, where that will come forward again.

DON: Is there some connection, then, between this off-Earth influence—and I presume we are talking about physical entities, not from the spirit world but from some other physical vibration . . . ?

DR. PEEBLES: Yes, that's correct.

DON: So this is—would there be some sort of a direct connection between that fact and, for instance, the ancient Brahman idea that man came into being from the result of playful spirits who came in to sample our environment?

DR. PEEBLES: Yes, and what have been called angels—although reasonably believed to be spirit, or spirit teachers, at times—and they were, on some occasions—but often were actually the space people, your brothers and sisters from other physical origins.  And you will find that in the writings of all of the older religions, that is consistent in all of them—even so-called myths and fables and the oral traditions from the oldest antiquity, in all lands of the planet Earth: it is consistent.

DON: They were trying to teach and lead?—encourage us to become more and more like them?

DR. PEEBLES: Right.  They wanted civilizations that would be self-sufficient, knowing that in their matrix of travel and, uh, energy activity in the universe they could not maintain a hovering state around the Earth.  They either had to be on the ground or go elsewhere.  So they wanted people on Earth who would be self-sufficient.  It was difficult, you see, because . . . to those who came to Earth, in touch with their totality, their intelligence, found Earth to be a foreign atmosphere, a very difficult atmosphere in which to maintain their state.

So they had to develop other physical biological systems that would fit, and prolong and reproduce themselves in earthly terms.

DON: And of course this also fit very well into the whole scheme—the greater scheme—the whole spiritual scheme of providing life forms of higher intelligence or higher reactivity that spirit could work through—that soul could embody and work through here on planet Earth?

DR. PEEBLES: Yes.  Eventually science will see—and I believe some already know this—that . . . looking back in context of progression from one form to a higher life form there are many gaps.  In fact, there are reversals.  And that's because of interaction from off-planet sources.

In current times these space people are making visitations—over the last thirty-five years, in particular—and some of their work is—what they are doing when they work directly with physical human beings—these are souls who are part of their family, in their ancient past, and they are unlocking memories.  And so the various devices—implements, instruments, and the electrical insertions that have been noted—part of it is unlocking some of that memory.  This is, uh, in preparation for greater collective public conscious integration again—with very little panic—with more fascination and love and sharing, you see.


QUESTION (from audience): Many teachers have said that there is going to be a major shift of the planet, and I wonder when that might be coming—and will it be a physical shift or spiritual shift?

DR. PEEBLES: Yes, well, those thoughts were predicated, most of them, upon a shift of the axis of the physical planet Earth, which was still a possibility years ago; however, it no longer is . . . a movement of the polar ice caps that in their stupendous weight would create enough imbalance for a change in the rotation of the planet and would shift the poles.  However, human science and technology—and the nature of things—will, uh, this will be anticipated and it will be dispelled and dispersed and it will not take place.

On inner levels, however, there is a shift, to be sure, in the consciousness of mankind.  The age that you have lived in now for two thousand years has been that of the individual, the age of the Piscean.  Now you are entering the age of the Aquarius.

The Age of the Aquarius is the age of the collective.  Fundamentally, the shift is from the individual to the collective.  You are now on that threshold of change.  The old habit for all of you, then, is to want to emphasize individuality, but the new curiosity and mild drives is the collective.  However, of course it is a new energy on Earth so there are fears of the collective, of being lost in the ambiguity of it all.

But, you see, as you embrace the collective in your own personal being, you do not lose yourselves, my friends.  You gain a larger self.  You become larger in your self-image.  So the shift is from the individual to the community, to the many rather than to the few.  You are then advised to consider projects that involve others, and not just yourself, to consider relationships that lean toward family, rather than isolation, and so forth.

The shift in the heart fundamentally is to be present, now, to be boldly honest and present with the heart, and not just the mind.

This Aquarian Age that is at hand is a time of truth-seeking.  So there will still be bias on Earth, but it will be a new manner of bias.  The priorities will become seeking truth.  The illusion will be that truth is only in one area, and falsehood lies in another.  Ultimately truth is everywhere all the time, as it enlarges its scope and its reality.

So this shift that is taking place is increased communication, because there is an increased attitude of community in the collective.  Thereby your media, your communications systems and technology, are participating—of your own creation.  There is increased communication internationally, increased community concerns and debates internationally.

This will continue to grow, and as it grows it will also magnify the differences of opinion, won't it?  So there will be violence, there will be disagreements.  However, these confrontations will serve as lessons.  It will not equal massive death upon the planet Earth physically.  It will equal episodes that are rather colorful, to say the least.

But they are opportunities for growth.  You are to learn from then, not to avoid them, but to be present with your heart, to take life on, hand in hand, as a lover.


DR. PEEBLES: And so it is that in the next century, the beginning of your new age, there is going to be greater fellowship than ever before.  It's just the plan for Earth that there will be continued studies of the illusions of separation, but it will be a much more direct and honest one, the result of which will find people tending to reach out and hold each other in their study, a greater allowance rather than condemnation of error or even sin as some would call it, and thereby a greater ability and attribute to remain present with each other and to discover greater intimacy therein.

Well, so moving backward through the decade of the nineties and the latter part of the eighties, you are going to experience signals from leaders of various countries and movements and individuals in your local town and within yourself, regarding a greater desire for all of the above stated.  To remain increasingly present, to try with a little more honesty and to try harder, and to be more honest and aware of judgment, and to embrace failures and failing as a measuring stick for reevaluation and growth rather than a signal of destitution or lack.

So collectively and individually you are in the beginning of a new hope in the world, and this will have direct ramifications in politics, in your monetary systems, and so forth.  Simultaneously you will be suffering the residue of that old priority of safety, sanctuary, and survival of many decades past, of two thousand years past.  Safety, sanctuary, and survival have been for nineteen hundred and eighty-eight years the priority.  You are now within ten years of changing that priority to a collective dance of consciousness—not losing the individual or camouflaging the same, but through that collective movement discovering a larger self, a larger individual, a larger passion and permission to live life.


DON: So this is almost like a living testament that the old is giving way to the new.

DR. PEEBLES: Yes, there is not now the need for shock to confront the priority of safety and sanctuary, but instead there's a grace now.  For your society is very much on the verge of major change of priorities.

DON: And you see this as a global pattern.

DR. PEEBLES: Yes.

DON: This would also explain the new movements inside Russia and the recent movements within the Middle East—this is all part of a global pattern, isn't it?

DR. PEEBLES: Yes, and you will find that with the great changes that are at hand, as you embrace those changes you will find prosperity in the world.  As you look forward to collective states of consciousness and acts of life, you will find fulfillment.
